- Receiving Stage: Finished PCBs arrive at the unloader from the production line. They may be delivered on a conveyor belt or other means of transport.
- Magazine: The unloader has a magazine where the PCBs are stacked once they’re unloaded. This magazine may be designed to hold multiple PCBs stacked on top of each other.
- Unloading Mechanism: The unloader employs a mechanism to remove the PCBs from the production line and place them into the magazine. An air cylinder is used to securely handle the PCBs without damaging them.
- Integration with Packaging or Further Processing: Once the PCBs are unloaded and stacked in the magazine, they may be transferred to packaging equipment for final packaging or to other processing stages for additional steps such as testing or inspection.
- Control System: A PLC is used to manage the operation of the unloader, coordinating the movement of PCBs, monitoring for errors or jams, and synchronizing with other machines in the production line.
