Our 1-5m Vacuum Loader is used to automate the process of loading 1.5m PCB panels into the assembly line. They are primarily used for LED panels that are 1.5m in length. These machines utilize vacuum suction to securely pick up and transfer PCBs from one location to another. The 1-5m Vacuum Loader eliminates the need to hand load these oversized boards.

- Loading Stage: Blank PCBs are fed into the loader manually. They are positioned within the loader’s loading area. Able to handle 1.5m long boards, our 1-5m vacuum loader enables you to automate the loading process.
- Vacuum Suction Mechanism: The vacuum loader is equipped with suction nozzles or cups that create a vacuum seal with the surface of the PCBs. When activated, the vacuum suction holds the PCBs firmly in place.
- Pickup and Transfer: The vacuum loader’s suction nozzles or cups move over the surface of the PCBs, picking them up one at a time using the vacuum suction. The PCBs are then transferred from the loading area onto the production line or onto another conveyor belt for further processing.
- Integration with SMT Line: The vacuum loader is typically integrated with other machines in the SMT assembly line, such as pick-and-place machines and soldering equipment. It interfaces with these machines to ensure seamless transfer of PCBs throughout the assembly process.
- Control System: A PLC is used to manage the operation of the loader, coordinating the movement of PCBs, monitoring for errors or jams, and synchronizing with other machines in the production line.
